A:  E English House is a relaxing place for you to enjoy learning and communicating in English.  Our staff and students are friendly, supportive and ready to welcome you into The EEH Family. A: E English Houseはリラックスしながら学び、英語でコミュニケーションを図る場所です。スタッフや生徒はみんなフレンドリーでお互いに助け合いながら英語を学んでいます。みんなであなたをお待ちしています。

A:  EEH offers classes for everyone .  Regardless your level, our goal is to provide enjoyable, effective lessons in a relaxing, family-like environment. A:  いろんなクラスがあります。楽しくリラックスしながら家族のような環境の中で、たくさんの事を吸収できるようにと考えています。
   
Q:  I want to speak English, but I don't want to "study."  Do you offer any classes for me?

Q:  Will my English improve if I go to EEH?

A:  Our job here at EEH is to provide guidance and opportunity for our students.  As Eric's parents always said, "We'll help you, but you have to help yourself."  How much (and how quickly) your English improves is a direct result of how hard you try, but we'll be there to guide and assist you.  A: 私達EEHの仕事は、EEHの生徒を導き、またたくさんのチャンスを作ることにあります。エリックは、「いつでも助けてあげるけど、でもまずは自分でなんとかしなさい。」と両親に言われて育ちました。どれだけ速く英語が上達するかは、あなた自身がどれだけ頑張ったかに関係してきま す。私達はいつでもそのお手伝いをさせていただきます。

料金・方針についての質問
Q:  How much does EEH cost? Q:  EEHはいくらするの？
A:  EEH tuition is VERY reasonable.   Monthly class fees, payable by easy, auto-payment are based on a once or twice/week class schedule.  There is no entrance fee and textbook and material costs are kept low. A:  EEHは良心的な値段設定です。月謝制で銀行の口座より自動引落でお支払いただきます。入会金はなし！また教科書代や教材費もお手ごろな価格におさえています。 
   
Q:  Do I have to sign a long-term contract? Q:  長期で契約しなくてはいけないの？
A:  No.  A:  No。
   
Q:  What happens if I miss a class? Q:  クラスを欠席したらどうなるの？
A:  Learning to communicate takes regular effort.  For this reason we ask that you come to your regularly scheduled class if possible.  But, we understand that everyone gets busy, sick, etc.  So, if you can't come, give us a call and we'll find you another class at a similar level for a make-up lesson. A:   コミュニケーションを学ぶには、定期的な努力が必要になってきます。EEHでは、みなさんに出来る限り決まったクラスに来ていただきたいと思っています。でも、病気や学校の用事などの理由でお休みされる場合、お電話していただければ、みなさんのレベルと同じク ラスに振替で、レッスンを受けることが出来ます。
家族と一緒に学ぶ場合の質問
Q:  I want my child to study but have another small child.  What can I do?
 Q:  子どもを習わせたいんだけど、下の子はどうしよう？
A:  Bring the baby!  We are a family and understand the difficulty of raising more than one child.  Besides, it adds to the family feeling of EEH and we love it! A:  赤ちゃ ん、連れて来て下さい！私たちは、EEHを一つの大きな家族だと考えています。それに２人以上の子どもを同時に育てるのは、とっても大変な事というのも分かっています。だから大丈夫。それに赤ちゃんがいると本当の家族みたいでしょ?!スタッフはみんな子どもが大好きです！Smile
   
Q:  I want to learn English with my child, but isn't it expensive?
 Q:  子どもと一緒に習いたいけど、高いのかな？
A:  Less than you may think.  We are very proud to be a family-friendly school. Not only do we offer special classes for parents who want to learn with their children, we have family discounts for more than one student in the same family (brother/sister; husband/wife; parent/child, etc.)!  Learn more here. A:  思っておれるより安いです。EEHは家族のつながりをとても大切にしています。ですから一つの家族から二人以上の生徒が来られていると、Family割引があります。詳しくはここまで！
先生についての質問
Q:  Does E English House use all native teachers? Q:  E English Houseは全てネイティブ講師ですか？
A:  No.  Our job is to help you or your child learn to communicate in English.  Well-trained, experienced Japanese teachers are as good or better than many inexperienced, native speakers.  EEH is very proud of ALL our teachers.   A:   いいえ。私たちの役目は、みなさんが英語を使ってのコミュニケーションを学ぶための手助けをすることにあります。よくトレーニングされた経験豊富な日本人講 師は、多くの場合、経験のないネイティブスピーカーと比べて引けをとらないどころか、それ以上の仕事をしてくれます。私たちは、EEHのスタッフみんなを誇り に 思っています。
   
Q:  But don't Japanese teachers speak katakana English?  I don't want (my child) to speak like that. Q:  日本人講師はカタカナ英語しゃべらないよね？子どもにはちゃんとした英語をしゃべってほしい。
A:  It's true that katakana can make learning English pronunciation difficult.  This is why a significant part of our curriculum focuses on phonics, rhythm training, storytelling, etc.  We've found that knowing the sounds and natural rhythm of a language helps students gain confindence in using what they know.  All EEH teachers understand this. A:  カタカナが、英語の発音を学ぶ上で障害になることは少なくありません。だからEEHではフォニックス(英語の音)、リズムトレーニング、読み聞かせなどを カ リキュラムに取り入れています。生徒が、自信を持って英語を使うためには、英語の音とリズムを知ることは、大きなプラスになると私たちは信じています。 EEHでは、みんながそれを理解し実践しています。
   
Q:  How do you pick your teachers?
 Q:  講師選びの基準は？
A:  Carefully.  There are two primary questions we ask:
  1. 1.  Who are you?
  2. 2.  Why do you teach?

Then we listen.  Take a look at The EEH Staff Family and you'll soon understand where our hearts are.  A school is, above all, a place to be accepted and encouraged.  This takes a certain type of person.  EEH has that type of staff.
